I’m so good all day! But then I stuff myself with all the things in the pantry when I get home.


I ate a burger and fries for lunch and now I feel gross. Might as well go all out today and start again tomorrow…


Sorry, I can’t come out tonight. I don’t want to be tempted by the food and drinks because I’m on a diet.


Working out is a regular part of my schedule –but if only I could get the food part under control

 


As soon as sweets enter this house, I eat them all immediately. Which is why I don’t have any food in the house…


Sunday evenings are also known as the last supper -- time to clear all the junk food from the house before the diet starts Monday morning. 


I hide from picture taking and make sure to never post a picture that potentially makes me look fat.


Bad day? You better believe I’ll be treating myself to some Ben & Jerry’s tonight.

 

 

This whole healthy living thing sounds easy enough, right? You know the foods you “should” eat, you know that you “should” be moving your body, but for some reason, you still find yourself half way through a box of cookies and have no idea how you got there.
