I spent 15 years counting calories, juice cleansing, and going to every dreaded gym class imaginable — all to learn there was a better, easier, and more enjoyable way to eat + live.

Now I enjoy bread when I feel like it, eat quinoa salads when I crave them, keep chocolate in the house at all times, dine out with wine, and cook delicious meals at home. I love my body because she does amazing things for me and I take care of her with joyful movement and positive words. I travel often, I love my job with all my heart, I’m happiest with my family of three, and I love a relaxing spa day as much as a night out on the town. I truly know myself, genuinely love myself, and undeniably love all kinds of food — in a fun and easy way, as it should be.
