This is what your 1:1 program looks like...

An initial consultation where I learn all about you, your life, and your struggles and together we will create a plan for our time together.

Two 45-minute coaching sessions per month (via phone or video call) for six months where you update me on what's good, what's hard, and we make new goals that fit into your current life (including travel, work schedule, mom life, etc!).

Everyday text message and email support in-between sessions so I can be there for you whenever you need it.

Access to my online programs including recipes, handouts, and my Quit Dieting for Good course material.
