It is fun! But it’s also a little scary after restricting food for so long because you probably believe you will eat only pizza and ice cream for the rest of your life.
I promise you will eat a variety of foods and in this episode I break down that “eating what you want” really means. A little hint: your tastebuds aren’t the only ones that get a say in the matter.
