In today’s episode, I’m talking with a good friend and accredited dietician, Sandra Mikhail, who specializes in gut health and sports nutrition.
Sandra tells us about how diet has to be combined with stress management in order to truly feel good in your body. She has personally suffered from IBS and anxiety, and has had to learn the hard way, through stomach issues and panic attacks, on how to heal herself.
She gives us insight into how she manages her stress through many different self-care practices.
This episode is a great reminder that you have to keep practicing your self-care, even when you feel good, because you can’t always tell how much stress your body is under.
