Like: “How do I let go of restrictions around food? I think I’ll eat everything in sight!”

But once I started truly practicing intuitive eating (which is what you will learn in this course) I found out that I could trust myself and my body again, without having to constantly try to control it.

In order to treat your body with respect, like feeding her the food she wants and needs, dressing her well, and moving her how she likes to move, you have to learn how to love your body like you love your parents/child/partner. You will learn and implement body love practices so you can start treating her how she deserves to be treated which will allow you to be confident inside and out!
It’s hard to know how much you are hungry for when diets have told you how much you *should* need, what food to eat, and when you should be hungry for them. Which is why I help you discover your own hunger and fullness cues again so you can start trusting your body to tell you what, when, and how much to eat again.
Everyone ties emotions to eating and that’s not a bad thing! But learning how to best take care of your emotions through multiple ways will help you be less reliant on food as your main source of comfort. You will learn how to identify emotions you may have been trying to push aside and from there, know the best action to take.
It’s not all bubble baths and massages, even though those are nice! Instead, you will learn how to move more intuitively, what activities to add into your life to bring you joy, how to be more accepting of yourself and others, how to make decisions based on your intuition, and how to keep chugging when life isn’t going your way.
There is no one diet that is perfect for everyone, but there are foods that work well for you specifically! You will learn how to consciously choose the right foods for your emotional, physical, and mental needs through a process of curiosity and experimentation, rather than restriction.
I do this work because I’ve been in your shoes. I started counting calories at the age of 12 and continued to try every diet out there for the next 15 years, until I found intuitive eating.
Now it’s my personal mission to help you stop dieting in hopes to fix yourself, and stop criticizing every body part, so you can start trusting your body again and realize all that you have to offer this world.

I have to say, this is the first question I asked when I took my first intuitive eating course. The answer is that it’s possible, yes. But this is not a quick fix diet and I can’t promise that you will lose weight, especially because your body might not want to lose weight. Intuitive eating helps you return to your natural set point weight (from your personal genetic makeup).
The work you will do on body image will make you realize that your desire to lose weight has nothing to do with weight after all, and everything to do with being happy in your own skin — which this community will help you achieve.
In the first three months, I think it’s a good idea to set aside at least 1-2 hours per week to go through the course, do the homework assignments, and attend coaching calls when you can.
The following months – what you put in is what you will get out of it, but I believe 2-4 hours per month is a good estimate. Much of the work happens just while checking in with yourself throughout the day, so it really doesn’t take much extra time. There are always recordings of the coaching calls, so you can always listen while multi-tasking!
You can choose to pay for the monthly membership which is $297 per month and the Quit Dieting for Good course will be delivered to you over the course of the first three months, though you can choose to stay as little as one month if you desire.
My personal recommendation is to sign up for a full year at $2297 because you will be able to go through all seasons of life with support and accountability by your side, and you will feel truly confident as an intuitive eater.
