The Quit Dieting for Good
Group Program

Are you ready to truly ENJOY food again, without all the rules and restrictions?

Get off the diet rollercoaster.
Find food freedom.
Feel truly confident in your own body.

You KNOW there is a better way to enjoy food - one that doesn’t include dieting until you’re 80 years old, but you just aren’t sure how to let go of controlling your food intake after so many years of restriction.

You’ve already heard about intuitive eating --- maybe you’ve read the book, listened to some podcasts, or tried it out on your own, but unfortunately it doesn’t feel like it’s working! And even though you saw a bit of success at first, you don’t trust yourself to keep going because you *really* don’t want to see the number creep up on the scale.

You are sick and tired of running to the freezer for ice cream every time you are sad or frustrated --- which leaves you feeling worse afterwards -- oh the guilt! You want to figure out how to deal with your emotions without always turning to food.

You keep hearing about body love, but you can’t imagine ever truly loving your stomach, arms, or thick thighs the way they are now. Though, you are ready to try because you are sick and tired of that nasty inner voice that constantly criticizes every body part.

You wish you wouldn’t have to turn down social events or stress about them because you worry you will eat too much. It’s time to start spending time with loved ones while truly enjoying delicious food!

You wish someone would just take you by the hand and guide you through each step of intuitive eating, in order, and allow you to ask personal questions along the way, confirming you are doing it right and are on the path to food freedom and body confidence.

Take a minute to imagine how things
could be different for you...

Living your life day by day instead of worrying about what you’re going to eat.

Freeing up time that you used to spend calorie counting so you can enjoy the fun things in your life, like your relationships, projects, travel, and hobbies.

Going to the coffee shop and indulging in a chocolate croissant and a full-fat latte with no guilt or shame.

Keeping ice cream, chips, and chocolate in the house and only eating it on the occasions that you want it, not eating it just because it is there.

Feeling confident in your body --- head held high when walking into a room, and wearing clothes that make you feel like your best self!

Traveling and enjoying all of the food that comes with it, and then coming home without feeling the need to jump right back into a diet --- all because you didn’t go overboard and you know how to ease yourself back into your routines.

You couldn’t be more ready to become an intuitive eater, but you might have a lot of questions!

Like: “How do I let go of restrictions around food? I think I’ll eat everything in sight!”

And: “I really want to lose weight, how could I possibly achieve that while eating pizza and ice cream and french fries?”

I know how you feel because I’ve been there, too. When I started out, I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to stop eating ice cream and bread if I let myself have it.

But once I started truly practicing intuitive eating (which is what you will learn in this course) I found out that I could trust myself and my body again, without having to constantly try to control it.

I was able to get to this place of food freedom because I had the support and guidance of a coach, which is why I’m here offering my program and coaching services to you, today.

My six-module course, along with a built-in support system, has already helped over 50 women become intuitive eaters. I can’t wait to help you create a confident life you love, while getting to enjoy food to the fullest in my Quit Dieting for Good Group Program!

"I no longer bully myself for what I put in my mouth."

Before working with Caitlin, the struggle to eat healthy was a huge source of stress and guilt for me. It consumed so many of my thoughts and was truly weighing me down mentally. Now, that load is gone. I no longer bully myself for what I put in my mouth.

Besides my relationship with food and body, I certainly feel empowered to make other changes in my life. I have turned down work that I knew I would hate doing, I have sought help for my struggles in motherhood, I am considering coaching in other areas of my life and I am learning that doing things for myself doesn’t make me selfish.

The Quit Dieting for Good program is an investment, and that was my hesitation. But in the long run, it has saved me money because I will no longer feel the need to try the latest and greatest diet programs, supplements or challenges. I no longer need to be fixed.

Your life before joining the
Quit Dieting for Good Program...

You feel stuck!

Stuck trying the latest keto diet or counting macros, while wishing you could just eat a piece of pizza when you feel like it.

Stuck with beliefs in your head about what you “should” eat and “shouldn’t” eat.

Stuck with the burning desire to lose weight and finally be happy with the way you look and feel in your body.

Stuck with so much guilt about eating the donut when it’s not part of your “plan.”

It's exhausting to feel stuck!

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Instead, you could join the Quit Dieting
for Good Group Program and feel…

Like you can trust and listen to your body so you never have to follow strict rules of a diet again!

Confident in the food choices you make - knowing that everything you eat is benefitting your whole self in some way.

Happy in your body for the first time in a long time. You no longer feel the need to force it to be a certain size, and are finally at peace.

Fully supplied with the best toolkit to take care of yourself at any time, without always turning to food.

Excited by food and life again! You have so much time and energy for fun and fulfilling relationships, projects, and activities again -- including eating delicious food 😉

"I listen more to what my body needs and wants."

After growing up around dieting and following the Dukan diet, I did not have the willpower to diet and restrict myself again, which is when I joined Caitlin’s Quit Dieting for Good program.

Since completing the program, I feel in control of my feelings around food. I feel no guilt, I feel free to make conscious choices and stand by those. What made the program so valuable for me was Caitlin’s support and to know that most of us women all face the same challenges in one way or another. To be able to share those thoughts in the group sessions, to talk through the emotions around food and to be coached through this process by Caitlin made it all an unforgettable and valuable experience.

These days, I feel less pressure to plan my meals and I make better choices in the moment. I listen more to what my body needs and wants. I still grab occasionally for my trigger foods but when I do, I do it by choice, I enjoy the moment, check in with myself how it made me feel and when it turned out it was not all that great, next time, I will think twice about that choice. It is a process in the mind that needs time but I learned in those 3 months that if I eat intuitively, it becomes much easier to make the right choice.

Here's what you will learn:

1

Module 1: Letting Go of Food Restrictions

Those diets you’ve tried in the past and the food stories in your head have got to go. I teach you how to get rid of them – and once you do, you will have so much room for new thoughts, better thoughts, more exciting thoughts! And did I mention you get to start eating your favorite foods again without guilt? All while improving your health?

2

Module 2: Body Love

In order to treat your body with respect, like feeding her the food she wants and needs, dressing her well, and moving her how she likes to move, you have to learn how to love your body like you love your parents/child/partner. You will learn and implement body love practices so you can start treating her how she deserves to be treated which will allow you to be confident inside and out!

3

Module 3: Relearning Hunger and Fullness

It’s hard to know how much you are hungry for when diets have told you how much you *should* need, what food to eat, and when you should be hungry for them. Which is why I help you discover your own hunger and fullness cues again so you can start trusting your body to tell you what, when, and how much to eat again.

4

Module 4: Emotional Eating

Everyone ties emotions to eating and that’s not a bad thing! But learning how to best take care of your emotions through multiple ways will help you be less reliant on food as your main source of comfort. You will learn how to identify emotions you may have been trying to push aside and from there, know the best action to take.

5

Module 5: True Self-Care

It’s not all bubble baths and massages, even though those are nice! Instead, you will learn how to move more intuitively, what activities to add into your life to bring you joy, how to be more accepting of yourself and others, how to make decisions based on your intuition, and how to keep chugging when life isn’t going your way.

6

Module 6: Gentle Nutrition

There is no one diet that is perfect for everyone, but there are foods that work well for you specifically! You will learn how to consciously choose the right foods for your emotional, physical, and mental needs through a process of curiosity and experimentation, rather than restriction.

"My self-love has grown and I'm putting my own needs first more than ever before."

I was happy in many ways before joining the Quit Dieting for Good program, but struggled with confidence and self-love as well as self-advocacy. All of these things felt closely tied to each other and to my body image. I had a lot of guilt about many things, including my eating habits.

These days, I feel confident, in control of my life and I love and respect myself more than ever. My self-love has grown and I’m putting my own needs first more than ever before.

Caitlin’s breadth of knowledge, caring, support, and expert guidance are well worth the investment. The sense of community and the additional learnings that come from being a part of a group of women on different paths but working toward the same goals were an unexpected and valuable bonus for me.

LYNNE T.

Hi, I'm Caitlin!

I’m here as your health & lifestyle coach to help you become an intuitive eater so you can finally feel free around food and confident in your body.

I do this work because I’ve been in your shoes. I started counting calories at the age of 12 and continued to try every diet out there for the next 15 years, until I found intuitive eating.

Now it’s my personal mission to help you stop dieting in hopes to fix yourself, and stop criticizing every body part, so you can start trusting your body again and realize all that you have to offer this world.

Intuitive eating is not a diet and it’s not a meal plan. Really, it’s a way of life, a chance to connect with your body, and a practice that enables you to love yourself in a way you didn’t believe possible.

It’s time for you to find food freedom and body confidence through intuitive eating, no matter how tempting it is to try the latest trendy diet with your girlfriend.

It’s time to feel FREE!

This is why I’ve created the Quit Dieting for Good group program and have been running it for 4+ years -- fostering amazing relationships with my clients along the way. I can’t wait to see all the positive changes that happen in your life once you join us!

This program is most definitely for you if...

You love a sense of community. You like knowing that you are not the only one going through these issues and are even more motivated to work together on a common goal.

You if you feel like we would be friends even if we haven’t met (can’t wait to meet you!).

You are ready for real, lasting change so you can stop focusing on food and start focusing on living.

This program is not for you if...

You cannot commit to at least three hours/month to do the work, because I can’t do the work for you (and no change will be made if I try!).

You are currently struggling with an eating disorder or if it’s part of your recent history. Please consult a medical doctor and/or therapist specialized in eating disorders to get the help that you need. Email me at caitlin@caitlinball.com if you have any questions about this.

"I feel in control of my body and my health again."

I decided to join Caitlin’s Quit Dieting for Good program to reclaim my body after 4 years of pregnancy and raising small children. I had slipped in to bad habits of eating chocolate just because it was there and I was lacking energy and feeling bloated and tired. Caitlin’s program helped me to achieve my goals.

Through mindful eating I gave myself the freedom to have treats when I wanted to and really savour them, but also to allow myself to stop when I’d had enough. I now almost subconsciously do checks to see what my body needs and I feel in control of my body and my health again. The program also helped me to take more time for self care – doing more yoga and sport, and also just taking time out with a cup of tea and a book. The program is about so much more than just food – it’s also about self care and learning to take control of your body and your life. I can highly recommend this to everyone!

Frequently Asked questions

I have to say, this is the first question I asked when I took my first intuitive eating course. The answer is that it’s possible, yes. But this is not a quick fix diet and I can’t promise that you will lose weight, especially because your body might not want to lose weight. Intuitive eating helps you return to your natural set point weight (from your personal genetic makeup).

The work you will do on body image will make you realize that your desire to lose weight has nothing to do with weight after all, and everything to do with being happy in your own skin — which this program will help you achieve.
First off, I want to remind you that health encompasses your physical, emotional, and mental self. The process of letting go of restrictions around food helps you rewire your mindset around food – which is very healthy for your mental and emotional health.

Once food becomes neutral again, your body will naturally crave a variety of foods and you won’t WANT to eat ice cream at every meal. You learn that “eating whatever you want” also includes how you want to feel, so you will naturally start to crave nutrient-dense foods again in order to give your body the energy it needs.
I find that once women (myself included) learn how to give up dieting, trust their intuition, and start loving themselves, so many exciting things can happen! This new confidence can lead to a career change, traveling, finding a partner, improving relationships, and simply more daily enjoyment.

Becoming aware of your food relationship is a first step in self-discovery, and the more you discover about yourself, the more positive changes are possible.
This course is six months long for a reason – because you will naturally have more time some months than others! In the first two months, I think it’s a good idea to set aside one hour per week to go through the course, do the homework assignments, and attend coaching calls when you can.

The following four months – what you put in is what you will get out of it, but I believe 2-4 hours per month is a good estimate. Much of the work happens just while checking in with yourself throughout the day, so it really doesn’t take much extra time. There are always recordings of the coaching calls, so you can always listen while multi-tasking!
I find it most beneficial to go over the investment on our phone call after you apply for the program. It’s better for you to decide if the program is the perfect fit for you before you decide if the price is right for you. I offer multiple payment plans to make sure it can fit in with your monthly budget.

Enrollment is open!

What happens after I apply?

Within 24 hours of receiving your application, I will personally email you to schedule a free discovery call so I can take the time to get to know you better, answer any of your personal questions, go over the investment and payment plans, and make sure this is the perfect program for you at this time!

If you don’t get an email from me promptly, please reach out to me at caitlin@caitlinball.com.

My role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals as it pertains to this course, but your results will be entirely based on the effort, actions, and inactions you choose to make on your own. I make no claim that I will cause or effect you achieving a particular outcome as a result of the course, either financial or otherwise, and you acknowledge that all results vary from one individual to another.
