Payday, Payday!

I got an email from my dad today that was just too cute not to share. I guess my crafty blog has inspired him and he decided to do his own craft for the broker’s open tomorrow. Every Thursday in Danville is the broker’s tour where all the real estate agents get to tour the houses on the market. I guess my dad is holding a house open tomorrow so he is going to woo everyone with his clever “gift with tour”.

Reduced Price = Payday!

My favorite part of the email is that he said, “I even trimmed the ribbon at an angle!” After all the years of watching my mom and I perfectly wrap presents, he finally caught on. I know my mom is smiling right now, as am I.

Dad, since I inspired you to craft, does this mean I get a referral fee when you sell the house?
