Episode #19: Get Uncomfortable to Make Change with Janet Groom

In this episode, I talk with Janet Groom, a published author and transformation coach, about her new book; The Naked Knitting Club.

The main character in the book, Cate, makes a New Year’s Resolution unlike the usual diets of years past: to truly love and accept herself as she is.

To make the transformation she is longing for, Cate finds herself stepping outside her comfort zone in multiple ways.

I talk with Janet about how you need to get uncomfortable if you want to make real change in your life, and she gives advice on how to start easily making changes yourself if you want to transform your life.
